ALL UNITS NOT EXPRESSLY LABELED AS "OUTDOOR SAUNAS" ARE MEANT FOR INDOOR USE ONLY. WARRANTY IS VOIDED IF DELUXE INFRARED SAUNA IS PLACED IN AN OUTDOOR ENVIRONMENT.

Limited warranty on DeluxeSauna replacement parts .. DeluxeSauna warrants its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship. Parts, which become defective within the warranty period, will be repaired except for damage due to negligence, abuse, misuse, misapplication, unauthorized modifications, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.

Any parts claimed to be defective must be shipped freight prepaid, to DeluxeSauna and the repaired or replaced product will be returned to the sender freight collect. When sent to DeluxeSauna, the product must be accompanied by a receipt or other proof of purchase date, as well as the sender’s info: name, mailing address, telephone number and any other information relating to the sender’s claim.

Returns:
No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number (RA number). Customer is responsible for all shipping costs to and from Deluxe Sauna plus 25% of invoice restocking fee for all returns. Returned merchandise must be securely and neatly packed in its original carton and crate, complete with all accessories and manuals, and must be in re-sellable condition. Items with missing or non-functional parts will not be accepted.
